Can’t get enough of The Frugal Girl?

If that’s true, then this is your lucky day, because I’ve been on three other blogs this week (if you can indeed get enough of me, then feel free to ignore this post!).

To get the details on this Goodwill outfit, check out the Thrifty Threads post on My Year Without Spending.

My humble old-t-shirt cleaning rags were featured in Apartment Therapy’s 5 Uses for Old T-Shirts article, along with some much more beautiful ideas!

And lastly, there’s a little interview with me on Almost Frugal, called This Is What Frugal Looks Like.

Large thanks to everyone for the links and mentions!

Kristen, last week I was procrastinating do some frugal activities that I have been doing for along time . . . bread baking, making laundry detergent, etc. After visiting this post, I was inspired to get up and just do what need to be done. Thanks, I had almost talked myself into spending 10+ just to because I lost site of the big picture of why I do these things.

Gosh! Now I can say "I knew her (blog) when..." ;)

Congratulations!!! You and your blog have been a great help to us over the past year and we have been able to live less stressful lives and still pay down debt while I've been laid off.

Just had to stop by from "THis is what Frugal Looks Like" and say yeah for recycling ziploc bags. That is something I remember my gram doing when I was a kid and I've done so for years. I get some strange looks but we reuse plastic of other sorts so why not bags? A box usually lasts me six months or more, washing and reusing them (just never ones with meat touching them directly). I am amazed when I see people toss perfectly good bags out. Yeah!

I just quit my job 2 months ago and am amazed how easy it is to be frugal, really. Almost every day I realize another little savings - $5 here, $10 there - it all adds up. Great blog - keep up the good work!
