Want to hear about a cleaning failure of mine?

You know you want to. It's always fun to hear about other people's faults. 😉

I'm talking about it over on my review blog, and of course I'm giving away moola (plus a cleaning implement). So, go check it out. 🙂

(fyi: the round-up page link, where you can enter in other bloggers' giveaways, may not work until 1:00 EST.)

  1. I'm commenting in here because I already own one of what you reviewed! I laughed when I saw what you were reviewing, because when I bought mine a few weeks ago, one of my first thoughts was that you must already have one, since it definitely fits into a frugal, reusable lifestyle!

I also laughed at your "cleaning failure" - it's the same as mine, and the reason DH usually ends up tackling that particular chore!

  2. Sorry - you fail at failing. Washing your floor only four times a year does not constitute failed cleaning. Especially when you sweep it so often.

  3. The one I hear about the most is the bottom of the toilet around there. I try my best to clean it well.

  4. I have a question about your floor cleaning: Can I use the hot water technique on ceramic tile floors? Will it get them clean, or should I use a cleaning solution?

I have a big old Bissell steam cleaner (for the carpets; I have 2 dogs), but it's just too darn big to haul out for the kitchen and bathroom floors. A mop would be a lot easier to use.

    Thanks!
