Some shortbread for a Tuesday
Lisey needed some tea cookies for a tea party with her sisters and a friend recently, so we whipped up some very easy 3-ingredient shortbread. It was delicious, quick, and perfect with tea. 😉

Perfect timing Lisey. The Great British Bake Off is back on in the UK. Last night they were tasked with making biscuit towers. One baker made a Bavarian watch tower out of shortbread. It was amazing. It made me think that I have never made shortbread. Nevermind a shortbread Bavarian watchtower!

Made the shortbread,it was wonderful.
Such easy recipes are always very helpful when your guests came suddenly. I like to cook such dishes even for my family because they don`t take a lot of time and they are always very delicious. As for me I would rather decorate them with chocolate or a powder.
