    1. I'm so glad! I'm still tweaking things on the desktop version, so let me know if there's anything that's driving you crazy.

And I'm sorry it took me SO long to finally update to mobile-friendly. I had a super hard time deciding on a theme!

      1. Well, Kristen, since you asked about the desktop version... I am finding it hard to click or scroll through multiple posts (on my desktop). There used to be a link at the bottom of the page for the next post and the previous post, which allowed me to read through multiple entries in a row without going back to the home page. If it's possible to reinstate that, I sure would appreciate it. 🙂

And, as usual, love the blog, love your attitude about life, and have really enjoyed watching the kids grow and blossom. Thanks for sharing it with us.

  1. Congratulations to all the winners!

I think I'll need to go take a look at how much Cdn. shipping is at My Publisher and maybe get started on our Christmas photo book!

Thanks for having this awesome giveaway!

  2. Well, the free book offer (and the availability of a Windows computer) prompted me to do a quick "auto-arrange my photos and make me a quick photobook" try with pictures of my boys as a Christmas gift for their grandmother. THANK YOU! I'm an avid MixBook user (when I make time to get a photo book put together), but having tried Shutterfly and Snapfish in the past, I was excited to try MyPublisher too.

To be honest, I'm nothing but frustrated right now. It took my already-rotated-correctly photos and re-rotated them as it dropped them in the page layouts. And for the life of me, I haven't figured out how to resize and drag those photo boxes into other parts of the page so I can get the portrait picture to display fully in the landscape-positioned box.

Sigh. Maybe morning and a look through their help will be enlightening.

    1. I think I know what you're talking about...in order to change the layout of the page from portrait boxes to landscape boxes, you have to actually choose a different layout from the layout box.

I've experienced some frustration with that too, and have learned to upload a combo of landscape and portrait photos, and then when I choose the page layout, I look at what I've uploaded and see what layout would work best with my particular pictures.

I'm surprised it rotated your photos, though! I have no idea why that would happen.

      1. Thank you for your helpful comments, Kristin! That does help me with my paradigm shift and I think I'll tackle it again -- with correct tools in hand/mind.

The picture rotating is a doozy -- the pictures are all rotated correctly in the photo bar at the top, but when it auto-placed them for it, it rotated about 40% of them. Strange.

        1. Correction: The photos were not rotated correctly at the top (although I'm still not sure why the issue).

I also figured out to turn on/off the ability to custom re-size and move the frames. That was very helpful when I had a scenario that just wouldn't fit the templates.

Photo book made! Oh, and MyPublisher might be one of the few sites that still does a minibook. Shutterfly, Snapfish, and Mixbook don't and those minibooks are quite affordable in price and shipping!

  3. I had the best time making my book. I loved how easy it was. Thanks for the free book! I've wanted to create a photo book for a long time. My Publisher made the process easy. Thanks again for a great giveaway!
