I have questions for you!

It's been a little over two years since I've done a reader survey, so I thought it was high time to check in with you all again.

I want to make my blog super helpful for you guys, and I have some question that will hopefully help me serve you better with my writing.

This should only take you a few minutes, and everything is completely anonymous. So, don't be afraid to, you know, fill out the age bracket question. 😉

Thank you, thank you, dear readers!

(RSS/email subscribers, I highly doubt the survey form will come thru properly. So, click here to go straight to the survey.)

      1. Ahh, that's because I went and fixed it after they'd already submitted responses. I had the wrong type of question option ticked (I'm not super good at Google Forms, as I haven't used that service in two years.)

  1. This is such a great idea to gauge the reader's interest and demographics!

I will fill out the survey once I get to my computer 🙂

    1. Super! Thanks so much for taking the time to fill it out.

I did a survey once before, two years ago, and the feedback was super helpful. I highly recommend it!

  2. I wanted to say that I chose recipes as my least favourite type of post, but only because I had to make a choice and not because I don't love the all! I actually have tried/tweaked some of your recipes so please keep them coming!

    1. Same here! I don’t eat or cook meat so many of your recipes are not relevant for me, which is mostly why I chose that option. I certainly don’t mind seeing them and love your tips for pizza, bread, yogurt, etc. even though I haven’t tried all.

  3. A note that you CAN leave questions unanswered, such as in above Least Favorite post example reply from Getting There. I left the same Q. unanswered, because Ilikewise like all your listed post options, and survey submitted without problem. (A note explaining this might be helpful, Kristen, lest you get 'false' responses from folk who think the have to choose at least one response.)

  4. I did take your survey, but it is leaving me feeling my results are incomplete: I want you to know I like to read ALL your posts. I am 71 year old grandmother who has probably a very different life from yours, but it doesn't matter. You are like a friend, neighbor, or family member in some ways. Please know we appreciate your efforts.

    1. Aww, thank you so much for your kind words...you are a dear. I really, really appreciate the encouragement, and I love that I have readers in different life stages from my own. According to the survey, I actually have a few readers who are 90+ years old!

  5. I have been reading your blog for many years now and although I don't make comments, I want you to know that I really look forward to reading your emails, especially the ones where you list frugal things and thankful things. I think you are an amazing woman and I recommend your blog to others as I get a chance. As a Christian, I really appreciate your viewpoint. I do have one question. What makes your relationship with Mr. FG the most caring and loving? I lost my husband 14 years ago, very suddenly, and I really miss having a male relationship. We were deeply in love right up to the very last.
