On the upside, it's not like my non-cabinet-painting to-do list is exactly short right now, so I won't be wandering about aimlessly wondering what to do with my time!

But darn it, I just want to be able to check this project off of my list. Oh well.
Sunshine is just a day (or two) away ... I live in the mid-west and Tue-Wed were wet and gloomy but today is bright and sunny! So the sun is on its way or should I say the clouds will move out soon?

Yes! I see some clear days in the forecast, and honestly, I've had such a lovely run of not-so-hot, not-so-humid days, I can't complain too much.
I hope to stain my deck this weekend but it may rain too. Oh well!
Rain?! Oh what a beautiful thing! I need it right now in Italy,it's terribly hot and we only have the humidity 😛
Yep. Rain and very, very humid air, both of which are so not what you need to sand and paint outdoors.
