This brings up a question: do you make your kids get dressed for school? I realize it's summer time, but I've wondered this for a while. Just curious.

This, along with the socialization question, is probably the most common question my kids get! They usually get dressed on their own, although occasionally the younger two will do school in their pjs (Joshua always tells them they're fulfilling homeschooling stereotypes when they do that. Ha.).
Interestingly enough, they're far more prone to hanging out in their pjs in the summertime. Maybe it's because they're feeling more laid back, whereas during the school year, they're more focused on getting their work done.

I expect you're going to get a lot of "I wish I could do that also." I certainly feel that way.

I had that same thought! But I'm reminding myself that I did enjoy numerous lazy summers lying on my bed with a book. I just maybe didn't appreciate them quite as much as I should have.
