The 2019 Cookie Guessing Game!

Alrighty, readers. It’s time!

Joshua wasn’t able to join us this year, so I just have five cookies for you, which should make things very slightly easier.

I was going to point out that Lisey will eventually move out and probably not join us as well.

BUT.

When I said this to Lisey, she assured me that even if she moves to Florida (her dream), she will still fly back specifically to decorate cookies with us. 😉

If you’re new to my blog, you should know that at our house, Christmas cookies are not at all traditional.

We have traditionally-shaped cookie cutters, but that’s where it ends.

Also, most of our cookies have faces. 😉

Here are this year’s choice cookies.

Cookie 1

A Christmas tree with some stylishly heavy eyebrows.

The cookie artist said that this was Mr. FG as a Christmas tree, since Mr. FG has pretty massive eyebrows.

Cookie 2

A hammerhead shark, made from a candy cane cookie.

I bought the goldfish sprinkles specifically because they are exactly the kind of non-traditional thing we decorate with. Ha.

Cookie 3-the one with a long backstory

This one is a lonely vampire, who has lived so long that all his friends have passed on.

To add to his misery, his workplace is having the Christmas party during the day, and since he’s a vampire, he can’t attend.

Thus: a heart-broken Christmas tree cookie.

Cookie 4

Pretty self-explanatory…Patrick Star from Sponge Bob.

Cookie 5

These are shark fins in the midst of a goldfish feeding frenzy.

I don’t really think that many sharks could fit into such a small space, but we are suspending disbelief here. 😉
