Such a serious yet funny note. At first I laughed but then I thought how upset she must have been to write it the first place. Never the less, you must be so proud of her, she is polite and kind with her words. Dimi :)

I came across a "contract" the other day that my daughter had written years ago when her younger brother wanted to borrow her rubber boots. She could only have been eleven or twelve at the time, but it was filled with the most official "legalese" words she could come up with. The jist of it was that if he didn't return her boots clean and in the condition he borrowed them in, he owed her 50 cents or some such. (She had just cause for concern!) It made me smile, and so did Zoe's letter. The "kindest wishes" part is priceless, just priceless.

Sweet child :) I recently unearthed a file of my kids' notes, written when they were about her age. They got a huge kick out of them.
