Joshua hasn’t exactly inherited my disdain for messiness. 
But, now that his bed is in pieces in the backyard, the floor underneath his bed is quite decluttered.

its like Christmas in July….
we put a plastic bin under our daughters crib. if it fits under your bed, the toys can stay.. if not..time to share with other kids less fortunate
It’s a bit harsh to throw out his bed because he’s messy!!
lol! It’s coming back, hopefully tonight. It’ll depend on how the sanding/painting goes today. I hope I can get finished. If not, it might have to wait until Thursday.
When we dig deep into the bowels of our house we always
say we expect to “find a McDonald’s lunch in there”.
That couldn’t happen if his mattress rested on the floor.

I love that picture! It looks like my son’s room- LOL… Besides under the bed is a great storage spot (even if it is messy)
I’ve seen that before…under each of my children’s beds!! lol
I must say it does my heart good to see that my kids aren’t the only ones who clean in this fashion. LOL Can’t wait to see the finished product, Kristen.
MelanieL , I love your idea about a bin under the bed. I might just have to try that. Perfect solution to the small bedroom with two girls crammed into it.
