Yesterday, we carved four pumpkins, which I’ll show you in another post this week (gotta haul out the tripod to get some good photos!).

Will you roast the seeds as a snack?

I haven’t in the past because I don’t like pumpkin seeds! But, I suppose I should try it one year because it’s possible my kids would enjoy eating them.

We always roast the seeds. They are the best! I even roast seeds from squash. It’s a great snack.

Save some of the seeds and have the kids grow their own pumpkins next year. It’s super easy to do and they grow almost like weeds…the pumpkins I mean, not the kids! ;-)
