Pizza for a hot day

Pizza bagels require only a short stay in a not-ridiculously-hot oven, so on days when the temperatures are over 100 degrees (making even grilled pizza a non-option), they’re one of my favorite alternatives.

They look delicous!! Seeing this pic reminded me about a question I had about your thin crust pizza recipe . Can it be made with a mixer? I don’t have a big food processor , just a mini one. This will be my first atempt at making my own crust, I have a new pizza stone and am dying to use it!!!

I think salad goes with ANY kind of pizza…regular, pizza bagels, thin crust, French bread, and deep dish. :)
