This is what happens when you shape some loaves and then leave them while you tie-dye with your children. When you come back in, you’ll suddenly remember about your bread and discover some very over-risen loaves.
Loaves like this still taste good, but the tops of the slices end up being v-shaped because the over-risen dough tends to sink in the middle.
Fortunately, bread doesn’t have to be perfect to bless other people.

I can’t wait to see a photo of what you and the kids tie-dyed. You just amaze me how busy you always are!!!!!!!!
I think it’s good that you post non-perfect stuff – photos (like under J’s bed), comments, observations. The risk with a “good parts only” blog is that since your readers don’t see the “keeping it real” parts it’s easy to believe that they don’t exist. For example, you mean your house isn’t perfectly tidy all the time?
Uh, no. I often think I should do a vlog and just walk through my house one day and show all the messy parts.
I don’t know how to vlog yet, though!
I’m used to V shaped bread. The gluten-free bread I make is very tasty, but with the absence of gluten the center often falls.
Glad I’m not the only veteran baker to whom this happens!
