Happy Birthday! How did you get the cake to be in the shape of a peep? Is it one layer or two? We’d like to make a cake like this.
It’s just one layer, and you’ll be happy to know I took pictures of the process! I used two round layer cakes and cut them up to make the peep shape. I’ll probably post about it on Tuesday of this week on the main blog page.

This reminds me of the cake I use to make my kids. They always requested a shape of something!! One time my son wanted me to make one in the shape of glasses!?! You can tell you made this with love and thats the important ingredient.
