The kids and I ran a few errands the other day and I did not remember to bring cloth bags with me. No matter, though…with enough pairs of hands, it’s pretty easy to just go bagless altogether.
Now, if only my printable greeting card paper hadn’t come in shrink-wrapped plastic, I’d have been golden (the shorts hanger is plastic, but I will reuse that to hang up my girls’ skirts).

I am so annoyed with shrink wrap everything. I wish companies would do away with shrink wrap entirely. I usually leave the hangers at the stores (they recycle and reuse them) or if I end up with them, I send them to the local thrift store which can always use them and your dry cleaner hangers too!
Nice! I try to do that whenever possible! As a shrink-wrapped side note, the reams of paper we get from Staples at work used to be wrapped in paper, but recently they went to plastic! Staples, I’m very disappointed in you.
And I always leave the hangers at the store because most will recycle them and I have no need for more hangers! (But reusing is good too, of course!)
Ha! Ha! You are a genius! Last week’s trip to Good Will yielded a messenger bag, several articles of clothing, and some glass jars (to swap out plastic containers in the pantry). I asked the clerk to wrap the glass jars in the clothing and place them in the messenger bag. Entirely earth friendly!
I thought we were the only ones going bag-less. How cool!
Yay for bagless! I have one small cloth bag that rolls up compact I keep in my purse for bagging emergencies. Comes in handy for small purchases since I have a bad habit of forgetting to put my bags back in the car after bringing in the groceries.
