When I was decluttering the office this week, I came across a bunch of my childhood papers/drawings that I’d saved. Some of them are pretty hilarious, and none of them are good (I’m sort of a drawing fail.).
I almost tossed this one aside because it was all words and no pictures, but then the prices caught my eye. Clearly, at the tender age of 10, I’d not yet grasped the idea behind $x.99 pricing….$150.99 is actually LESS compelling than $150.00.
I also think it’s curious that I felt it necessary to offer youth and adult pricing for, um, the same amount.

HAHAHAAHHAHHAAA Love it!! so funny!! What did the kids say about this?
They thought it was funny, and Sonia, bless her heart, loved many of my drawings.
What are we “seeing the diagram” for?
It was for a bus tour, and I drew a cutaway diagram of the bus. I have that drawing too.
Perhaps tomorrow’s 365?
Do you still think 50 is considered “senior citizen”? LOL
Given that Mr. FG will reach that milestone in only 10 years, I’m gonna go with no.
The good part about turning 50 is that you start to get senior discounts!
Just one more way to live frugal.
My mom just turned 65 and waited until her birthday to buy train tickets because the senior citizen discount is better than AAA’s.
She was sooooooo excited.
But she doesn’t like to go to Krogers on Tuesdays because “then all the little old ladies are there.”
No, no, 62! Ack.
So…if you’re 15 you get to choose what price you’d like? =) So cute. We were all kids once, right?!
Love it!
I never would have guessed that Mr. FG is 40! He looks 30! You could frame that up for him in 10 years and offer him a senior citizen discount then ;p
