I've been reading your blog for a couple months now, (LOVE IT). Thank you so much for all the awesome tips and recipes. I made the pumpkin apple muffins & the granola bars last sunday, they were so delicious, my family loves them. I have a question for you...my husband and I both work full time and usually don't get home until after 6 pm, I was wanting to make up a few dinners and freeze them to use throughout the week and I can't seem to think of anything that would freeze well.
